A Happy Occasion!

I am again combining two challenges today for this card ..... the first challenge is one that I do with my goofy CCEE friends on SCS ... this week we had a supply challenge. Tosh sent us each a clear square frame and the little clear heart embellishment. Our instructions were to use either one or both on our card. I used just the clear square frame on mine.

The second challenge is the MFT sketch challenge which you can find on the MFT Member Forum on SCS .... the square frame was just perfect to fit in the top right hand corner of the card and a great opportunity for me to play with another stamp from My Favorite Things "Happy Occasions" Set ... I left off the words which were below the flowers as I didn't want this to be a Mothers Day card which is what the words refer to.

I used my square nestabilities to layer my square frame ..... and used my script cuttlebug embossing folder to texturise the panel it is sitting on. I also use my white brilliance ink to highlight the raised words on this panel.

I am not really used to putting this amount of flowers on a card but as this is what the sketch asked for I did ... fortunately I had enough in the colors & sizes I needed. The sketch also called for something in the bottom righthand corner so I used my photo corner punch to add the photo corner with a brad there.
