MFTeaser–Pure Innocence

MFT PI Birthday wm

Hi everyone,

I have another couple of MFTeasers to share with you all today in readiness of the MFT Stamps new release, this coming Tuesday 3rd July.

Today the MFT Design team are featuring the “Pure Innocence” range, and this month there will be six brand new Pure Innocence sets to be released … you are going to love them!!!!!! The PI’s to be released include: PI Surfer Dude; PI Surf Chick; PI Gymnast Girl; PI Birthday Girl; and PI Little Shutterbug .

For my first card today I used the Pure Innocence Birthday Girl stamp set. The layout of my card uses the sketch for this month’s MFT Stamps Guest Designer Contest, you can find more details of this contest over on the MFT Stamps Forum on Splitcoast Stampers.   I have paper pieced the girls dress.

For the sentiment I used the Die-namics Fishtail Flags STAX and I used the Die-namics Fishtail Banner dies for the banner at the top right corner of my card. I have used Blossom Twine to join the three banners together.

Stamps: PI Birthday Girl – MFT Stamps
Paper: White; Pink; Dark Pink; Kissing Booth DP – Basic Grey
Die-namics: Fishtail Banner; Fishtail Flags Stax; Jumbo Squiggle Border – MFT Stamps
Other: Black Ink; Sewing Machine; Brads; Blossom Twine; Foam Tape; Copics

MFT PI Gymnast wm

For my second card today I used the Pure Innocence Gymnast Girl. I have paper pieced her outfit. The circles are created using the Die-namics Circle STAX Set 1 and Die-namics Circle STAX Set 2. I have added the sentiment using one of the strips from the Die-namics Sentiment Strip die, I trimmed it down a little to fit the sentiment by putting the strip back in the die and recutting to make it shorter. I also added Grosgrain Ribbon Pink Lemonade to create my bow.
