Happy Birthday

CCEE1345-Gift-wm

Hi everyone,

It’s challenge time with my friends over on the CCEE Stampers challenge blog. Being a brand new month we have a new challenge hostess which is Cindy Haffner.

This week Cindy has challenged us to create a card/project using Ribbon & Lace.

For my card this week I used A Little Gift Tilda from Magnolia stamps, I paper pieced the girls dress using designer paper.

I added lace and ribbon to the lower section of my card.

Here is the inside of my card, I added a lacy doily border along the left side of my card and added a sentiment.

Don’t forget to check out the CCEE Stampers blog (goes live 12 AM EST) to see the rest of the creations the CCEE Stampers created this week. You can also see more details of their creations on their individual blogs:

Paper: White; Kraft; Blue; Come Away With Me DP – My Mind’s Eye
Other: Black Ink; Couture Creations Blossom Yarn Doily Die; Taylored Expressions Birthday Treat Toppers Die; Button; Blue Hemp Twine; Lace; Ribbon; Foam Tape; Copics

You get an A+ inside and out, Frances. This is just as cute as can be. Love that HB die cut!

that image is just so sweet on the lacy panel, and the ribbon and lace are wonderful. The inside panel really ties the whole together. Another fab inside/outside card, gf!

What a sweet image - and I really like the colour combo and pattern paper you chose too.

I love this with all the blues and the pretty floral print which is so like what my mother often used to make me dresses when I was little. That birthday die is a real winner!
