Dad

Hi everyone,

It’s challenge time with the “Crazies” over on the Crazy 4 Challenges blog.  Danielle Lounds, our challenge hostess for the month continues to bring us the challenges.

With Father's Day just around the corner lets make a masculine card. Whether it is colors, textures, or stamps include a little masculine touch.

For my card this week, I wanted to play with a new die I purchased recently which is the Couture Creations Father & Son Fishing die. I pulled out my  Centre Step Card die to create the base of my card.

For the inside of my card I have used the Happy die and I white embossed the words 'Father's Day to the lower right hand corner of this die cut.

Don't forget to check out the rest of the “Crazies” cards over on the Crazy 4 Challenges blog and also their individual blogs for more details.

Stamps: Father's Day
Paper: White; Black; Grey; Assemble DP; Collective DP - Authentique
Dies: Centre Step Card - Cheery Lynn Designs; Father & Son - Couture Creations; D@d - 'Lil Inker; Numbers & More - Elizabeth Craft Designs; Happy - MFT Stamps
Other: Versamark Ink; Blue Ink; White Embossing Powder; Foam Tape

What a wonderful masculine card, Frances! LOVE the way you used the HAPPY on the inside, and the black silhouette die cuts are perfect.
