Puppy Birthday

Hi Crafty Friends,

Today I am sharing a cute 5 x 7 birthday card I created recently using products from Spellbinders March 2025 Club Kits.

To start I pulled out the cute dog and arched dies from the Large die of the Month - Family & Friends Vignettes, there are lots of fun dies in this set including the dog, a dinosaur, flowers and the arch dies.

For the black background, I used the Stitching Die of the Month - Diamond Knit. I love this die and it looks great stitched, but I have been having many issues with my fingers for the past few months so I decided to pass on the stitching for now.

As I wanted to create a 5 x 7 card, I wanted another background. So for this I pulled out the 3D Embossing Folder for the month - Floral Fence of Togetherness, this embossing folder is gorgeous and I am looking forward to making a card with the floral portion of the embossing folder. For now I only wanted the fence part, so I embossed two panels of red card  with the fence portion only, applied white inked over the raised areas and added these panels to the top folding 5 x 7 white card base.

To finish of the front of the card, I added the Birthday sentiment which is from Papertrey Ink.

 For the inside of the card, I added a small strip of the left over embossed fence panel along the bottom of the card. I die cut the two arch dies and added a sentiment using the Nature's Dance stamp set, which was the January Clear Stamp of the month.
