It’s day 4 of the MFTeasers, in preparation of the release of the new stamp sets which are all due to be released by MFT Stamps this coming Tuesday 3rd April.

Today the Design Team are featuring the Let’s Toast Die-namics and Stamp set.

It is also time for another challenge with the “Crazies” over on the Crazy 4 Challenges blog. I finish of the month hosting the challenges with a sketch challenge.

I decided to focus on one of the sentiments from the Let’s Toast Stamp set for my card today. I added two glasses from the Die-namics Let’s Toast die. The sentiment is stamped using the Die-namics Circle Stax 1 set and then layered onto the Die-namics Dizzy Doily DUO. The panel under the sentiment panel is been trimmed using the new Die-namics Pinking Edge die.

Here is the inside of my card. I used another of the sentiments from the Let’s Toast stamp set which was stamped onto a panel cut using the Die-namics Fishtail Flags Stax.

Clearly Sentimental

Welcome to day 3 of the MFTeasers in preparation of the release of the new stamp sets which are all due to be released by MFT Stamps this coming Tuesday 3rd April.

Today the Design Team are featuring two of the new stamp sets that will be released, these are Big Greetings and Clearly Sentimental About Anniversaries (which will be April’s Triple Scoop set).

For my card today I used the Clearly Sentimental About Anniversaries stamp set, isn’t that sentiment beautiful!!!!!! I used the new Die-namics Fishtail Flags Stax for my sentiment, have I told you this is the most versatile die set! The circle was created using the Die-namics Circle Stax 1 and Die-namics Circle Stax 2. I added a flower using the Die-namics Botanical Beauty & Die-namics Leafy Flourish.

Here is the inside of my card. I added a circle in the corner using the Die-namics Circle Stax 1 and Die-namics Circle Stax 2. I added two sentiments to the inside of my card, I love everything about this new Clearly Sentimental stamp set.

It’s day 2 of the MFTeasers, in preparation of the release of the new stamp sets which are all due to be released by MFT Stamps this coming Tuesday 3rd April.

Today the Design Team are featuring 2 stamps sets. I am sharing with you a card I created using the Kung Fu Fred stamp set. Fred is such a multi talented bear don’t you think

I used the Die-namics Oval STAX Set 1 and Die-namics Oval STAX Set 2 to cut out my Kung Fu Fred image. The sentiment and the panel on the left side of my card were both created using the new Die-namics Fish Tail Flags Stax, this die set has soooo many uses. Underneath these layers you can also see the border I created using the Die-namics Chevron Stripes, another awesome die set. The “hi-ya” sentiment is stamped onto the Die-namics Chat Bubbles which has been trimmed down by putting it back into the die a little further down once you have cut it the first time. Love how you can shorten many of these die-namics this way.

Here is the inside of my card. As you can see I repeated the border I created on the outside using the Die-namics Chevron Stripes border. I also stamped a sentiment and the wood piece again.

New Home!

Hi everyone,

It’s challenge time again with my friends over on the CCEE Stampers challenge blog. This week our March challenge hostess Joanne Grzelak finishes off the month with another fun challenge!

Our challenge is to create a New Home/Apartment Card.

As you can see I didn’t make a card but decided to use another of the Jenigami Slice Form SVG files I purchased from Jenni Bean Crafts. I had such fun creating this project.

After cutting my pieces using my Sizzix Eclips I embossed the outside walls using the Couture Creations Fretboard Embossing Folder. I also created some windows to add over the window openings, and added green card along the base so it looked like grass.

To cover the New Home part of the challenge I added the “New Home” sentiment from Waltzing Mouse Stamps onto MFT Die-namics Mini Pennant Die & Die-namics Mini Wavy Pennants Die.

I also used MFT Die-namics Simply Scallops Border die to add the shingles to the roof.

And finally one last picture of my house project, this time folded down flat so it can be mailed.
