Flopsey Playing Easter Bunny!

MFT-Basket-Flopsey-wm

Hi everyone,

Wow can you believe it, January has only a couple more days left … where has the month gone!!!! Anyway a new month is always exciting because it means that shortly there will be new stamps available from MFT Stamps. I always love being able to prepare my samples and show what is coming in the not too distant future.

Today the MFT Stamps Design Team start the beginning of our MFTeasers featuring two of the new sets that will be released this coming Wednesday 3rd February. These two sets are “Love Birds” and “Basket Full ‘o Flopsey”.

Of course a new MFT release also means it is time for the MFT Guest Designer Challenge. This month Cindy Haffner and I are hosting the challenge, Our Challenge to you is to THINK SPRING!! --What do you think of when you think of SPRING?? --bring on the Flowers, Easter, Spring colors, Spring Showers, whatever Spring is to you.

The winner of this challenge will win the full March release for free and also get to play along with the Design Team for next month's release! For more details check out the February 2010 Guest Designer Contest over on the MFT Member Forum of SCS here.

For my card today I am using the new Flopsey set “Basket Full ‘o Flopsey”. The basket that Flopsey has beside him, come empty and there are 3 stamps included in the set that you can use to fill the basket … I used the Easter Eggs, but there are hearts for Valentines Day and Flowers which can be used for all sorts of occasions. Lots of fun sentiments too.

MFT-Basket-Flopsey2-wm Here is the inside of my card, the layout is fairly similar to the outside except that I changed the shape of the nestabilities.

Don’t forget to visit Kim’s blog any time after 11AM EST to get the list of which Design Team members are also featuring this set on their blogs today.
