Chip Chip Hooray!

Hi Crafty Friends,

Today I am sharing another Sliding Window Card or Sliding Pop-up Card which ever you like to call them, using Sunny Studio Stamps Sliding Window die set. I have been having so much fun playing with this die set.

For my card today I pulled out my Honey Bee Stamps Mae the Mouse Clear Stamp set. I stamped the cookie from the stamp set all over my background panel which I die cut using the largest rectangle from the Heffy Doodle Imperial Stitched Rectangles die set. After coloring the cookies, I filled in the white areas with yellow copic marker and then added some splatters to the panel using Walnut Stain Distress Oxide Sprays.

I then used the main  die from the Sunny Studio Sliding Window die set to die cut the pop up window on the card.

I stamped Mae the Mouse, a Cookie, overalls, chef's hat and rolling pin onto white cardstock and added these to ovals layers and added this to the bottom half of the pop up window.

The two sentiments you can see in the photo above were both computer generated as I didn't have anything I wanted to use in stamp form. I also added the pull tab from Lawn Fawn's Double Slider Surprise die set. I have found this easier to use then trying to die cut multiple semi circles on the other layers of card underneath the main panel.

I kept this card as a flat card rather than adding it to a folded card, so I decorated the back of the card adding an older Darcie's sentiment and some more cookies.
