Artful Flight with Tim Holtz

Artful Flight wm

Hi everyone,

Well it has been a very busy few days around here as our annual Scrapbooking and Papercrafts Expo and Convention was on over the past weekend down here in Brisbane Australia. Three Days of fun which I managed to extend to 4 days as I booked into one of Tim Holtz’ classes which were held prior to the show opening.

As I was demoing all weekend I didn’t get to make any of the awesome make and takes during the weekend but I did get to meet and chat to all our American special guests who attended which including Irina Blout from La La Land Crafts; Jan Marie from Flourishes and Mike from Cheery Lynn. As well of course as Tim Holtz. I forgot to take photos on anyone other than Tim as I was limited with time each time I caught up with them, I did however manage to buy lots of fun goodies to play with, which I can’t wait to ink up or die cut.

For Tim’s class we all created this wall hanging which was lots of fun to create.

After the class Tim signed everyone’s apron and bags we all received for taking the class, here is Tim signing mine as the line was so long I decided to wait till last as I wasn’t in a hurry as I had to wait for me DH to pick me up anyway. That apron got lot’s of use during the weekend while I was demoing.

And one last photo,  I wasn’t 100% sure if I was going to post this or not LOL, but I know someone is looking out for it on my blog so I have … happy now Bez Winking smile.

fabulous, Hoots....what fun for you and, my guess, is for Tim too......and I understand about the posting of pics but I have decided that meeting my stamping friends (or gurus) is a time for me to 'get over' my photo phobia......glad you did too
