Hi everyone,
It’s challenge time again with my friends over on the CCEE Stampers challenge blog. This week our challenge hostess, Anne Harmon gives us her final challenge for August.
Our challenge this week is a Back to School theme.
For my project this week I decided to create a set of bookmarks using the MFT Stamps Die-namics Bookmark Duo Die & Stamp Set. I created a set of 3 bookmarks and also created a container for them so this could be given as a gift to a teacher or a child.
Here are my bookmarks, the are all basically the same layout using the different sentiments included in the stamp set for the middle portion of the bookmark. Along the top and bottom of the white panels I have used either the Die-namics Pinking Edge or the Die-namics Mini Scallop Edge .
The book and sentiment at the top of each bookmark were created using the Die-namics Circle Stax 1 & 2 and then layered onto the Die-namics Mini Doily Circles.
Here is another view of my bookmark set, this time with the little container that the bookmarks can be stored in. The circle with the sentiment on the little container is layered using the Die-namics Open Scallop Doily DUO.
Don’t forget to check out the CCEE Stampers blog (goes live 12 AM EST) to see the rest of the creations the CCEE Stampers created this week. You can also see more details of their creations on their individual blogs:

Very cool project, Frances. Nobody has enough bookmarks!
wow ...what a fabulous gift for readers...beautifully done, Hoots
Frances,
You always have such wonderful cards and projects. And, today, your bookmarks are lovely and the sentiments are awesome!!
Frances, what a brilliant project. I think the sentiments for those bookmarks are just great - as an avid reader I could echo every one of them. The holder to keep them in is such a neat idea.
Very clever idea, and I love the colors. They feel so "schoolish".
