MFTeaser Day 5–à la Modes

Hi everyone and happy Sunday! I hope you are all enjoying your weekend.

It’s day 5 of the MFTeasers and I have another two Teasers to share with you! Today the MFT Stamps Design Team are featuring more of the new sets that are to be released by MFT Stamps on Tuesday 13th November.

The sets being shown today are “à la modes Sparkling Season” and “à la modes You Shine”.

For my first card today I decided to create a front door card which uses the Die-namics Winter Wreath set. The door uses Whip Cream cardstock and Paver Red cardstock which is the new color in the replenishments range being released this month. The Die-namics Wreath was created using Jellybean Green cardstock. For the number on the door I used the numbers from the Die-namics Accent It Calendar Basics.

Ok so I know you are all saying by now … isn’t this post supposed to be about the new à la modes sets being released and you are right it is LOL ….. so if you want to see the à la modes set I used on this card … well just open the door!



See here she is …. this à la modes girl is from the à la modes Sparkling Season stamp set. She is inside decorating her house. The sentiment is also from the stamp set.

As you can see for my second card today I have created another door card. This time I used the opposite colors that I used for the first card which are Paver Red cardstock and Whip Cream cardstock. I have again used the Die-namics Winter Wreath set on my card this time using Jellybean Green cardstock and Gumdrop Green cardstock. I added tiny bells around the wreath and at the top I added the bow using Paver Red Felt, I also added a Paver Red Button and Hemp Cord.

This time round I added the à la modes You Shine to the front of my card. The sentiment is added to one of the arrows using the Die-namics Lead the Way set.





Here is the inside of my card. I used the Die-namics Snow Drifts to create the curvy border on my designer paper on the bottom of my card. I also added a sentiment from the stamp set.
