Hi everyone,
It’s challenge time with my friends over on the CCEE Stampers challenge blog. This week our April challenge hostess Kathy Bradley, continues to bring us a fun challenge.
This week Kathy has a recipe challenge for us …. Recipe: (In addition to your card base) use 2 designer papers, 1 circle, 1 square and whatever else your heart desires!
For my card today I am playing with a new stamp I purchased at a recent craft show … this is “What a Sweetheart” by Little Darlings … loving these images.
I paper pieced the girls hat and dress, but it is the same designer paper that I used as the base … so I am hoping that still counts as only 2 designer papers … it is only two I used .
The circle of course is the one my main image is in. Big Ooops …. I just noticed as I was writing up my blog post today that it says in addition to your card base. So I guess I have messed up this challenge as I used my card base as the square needed for this.
Here is the inside of my card, the sentiment on the inside is from the new MFT Stamps Lisa Johnson Designs Sweet Roses stamp set. Love the sentiments included in this set.
Don’t forget to check out the CCEE Stampers blog (goes live 12 AM EST) to see the rest of the creations the CCEE Stampers created this week. You can also see more details of their creations on their individual blogs:

Oh what a CUTIE!!~
I've just got that paper and am so looking forward to using it. For sure the piecing still counts as just two papers! In my book your square panel on the front is a square, too - I don't hear any buzzer this morning.
Oh my gosh, what a sweet little gal; what fantastic designer paper! This goes beyond cute, Frances!
Totally beautiful. Those dp's are wonderful & lovin the paper piecing. This little girl is super cute in every way.
Hugs, Janie
A cutie Patootie...love the paper and the paper piecing. I don't believe the challenge police will knock on your door. LOL
What a sweetie! I like how you paper-pieced her outfit to match the background paper.
Wonderful coloring and paper piecing..and how funny that you and Kathy would choose the same dp!!!
