It's Your Pig Day

Hi Crafty Friends,

Today I have a Slimline birthday card to share with you. 

This Slimline Card uses Studio Katia's Dotted Slimline Set 2 die set. I die cut the inner panel from white and green cardstock. I sponged clouds over the white panel and I used the grass die from Trinity Stamps The Great Outdoors Borders & Builders die set for the grass. I adhered the white panel to a piece of black cardstock and trimmed close to the edge to create a black border.

I die cut the scalloped panel from pink designer paper and then the large white panel from white cardstock. I assembled all three panels onto a top folding white slimline card, mounting the centre panel with foam tape.

To decorate my card I used the cute pigs from Mama Elephants' Zodiac Pig stamp set.

For the inside of the card I used the two smaller dies from the Studio Katia Dotted Slimline Set 2 die set.

I added the pig I had left over from decorating the front to the right hand side of the panel.

The sentiments are from an older Simon Says Stamp Birthday Farm Animals stamp set.
