Ahoy, Matey!

Hi everyone,

It’s day 2 of the MFTeasers, in preparation of the release of the new stamp sets which are all due to be released by MFT Stamps this coming Tuesday 5th July.

Today the Design Team are featuring three of the new stamp sets that will be released, these include: “Sew Nifty Die-namics and Stamp Set”; “Jolinne Always Wear A Smile” and “Claire Keay – Ahoy Matey”.

For my card today I used the Claire Keay – Ahoy Matey stamp set …. I just love this adorable set! Another fabulous set for the males in our lives!

I used three MFT Die-namics on the front of my card. First up the Die-namics Sunshine die was added to the top left hand side of my card. I also added two of the smaller clouds using the Die-namics Flat-Bottom Clouds. And finally I stamped the sentiment onto one of the ribbons from the Die-namics First Place Award Ribbon Die.

It is also time for another challenge with the “Crazies” over on the Crazy 4 Challenges blog. This week our challenge hostess Cindy Haffner has challenged us to create a Centre Step card. You can find my tutorial on how to create these here.

Here is the inside of my card. The sentiment is stamped onto the label die from the new Die-namics You Move Me set that I showcased yesterday. I also used the new Die-namics Solid Bracket Border along the bottom of the striped panel.
