Hi everyone and happy Saturday!
My card today combines two challenges. First up being Saturday it is time for another challenge with the “Crazies” over on the Crazy 4 Challenges blog. Our challenge hostess for the month Cindy Haffner, has given us another fun construction style card to create. This week it is a joy fold card, if you haven’t made one of these before you will find an awesome tutorial over in the resource section of Splitcoast Stampers.
It’s also challenge time on the Alota Rubber Stamps blog and this week our challenge is to use circles some way on our card.
For my card I used one of Alota Rubber Stamps newest bug stamps First Love Bugs, aren’t they adorable!!!!! For the Alota challenge portion of this card I used circle nestabilities for the main image, a circle sentiment and I also used dotted paper behind the main image. The punched border also contains circles.
Here is my joy fold card again, this time with the main image flap up which reveals the sentiment which is also from Alota Rubber Stamps. I made my joy fold card into a square card.
And finally with the second flap open so you can see the inside of the card. As you can see I stamped the bug image again on the inside.
Don't forget to check out the rest of the “Crazies” cards over on the Crazy 4 Challenges blog and also their individual blogs for more details.
