I Love Us!

Happy New Year everyone,

It’s day 2 of the MFTeasers, in preparation of the release of the new stamp sets which are all due to be released by MFT Stamps this coming Tuesday 4th January … and that isn’t a misprint, the MFT release party will now be held on Tuesday nights.

Today the Design Team are featuring two of the new stamp sets that will be released, these include: “Flapper Doodles – I Love Us” and “Clearly Sentiment About Love” which was last months triple scoop set..

For my card today I used the new Flapper Doodles set … isn’t it a cutie! I have used two MFT Die-namics on the front of my card, the new Dainty Lace Border Die and the Stacking Hearts Die. I paper pieced the girls dress and also the man’s suit using the designer paper I used for the background of my card.

Of course being Saturday it is time for another challenge with the “Crazies” over on the Crazy 4 Challenges blog. Being a brand new year and a new month we have a new hostess which is Maria Bell. Maria has challenged us to “Celebrate Anything” …. the New Year, Birthday, A Friend etc. As you can tell by my card I am celebrating Love!

Here is the inside of my card. The sentiment is from the Flapper Doodles – I Love Us stamp set. I also used two die-namics dies here … the Stacking Hearts Dies again and the Framed Greetings Die which I have cut in half lengthwise and attached to the top left hand side of my card with my sentiment.
