Hi everyone,
Today I am sharing a project I created using the new The Groove Tool from Art-C. This tool is a motorised tool which allows you to apply paint, ink or distress easily. You can find more info on this tool here.
I decided to create a canvas using stencils and distress paint. I used the brush tool included in the set to apply the paint through the stencils. The leaves were created by using the ECD Leafy Branch die and die cutting some acetate and using the negative image as the stencil.
I used the sanding tool to sand the edges of the canvas to give it a distress look.
I decided to add an outline to my bird to define it a little better, and I also added a googly eye to the bird.
Stencils:
Small Brick Wall - MFT Stamps; 201 Collection - Faber-Castell

Paint:

Distress Paint; Picket Fence Distress Paint; Peeled Paint Distress Paint;
Brown Paint

These would make such cute gifts! Cool tool, too.
this is a gorgeous project.....as for the tool, it looks kind of cool but it would seem as if you would need a lot of tips for colors and mediums
