Poppies

Hi everyone,

Today I have another card to share with you using a few of the new Moda Scrap dies which are being released by Elizabeth Craft Designs on the 9th January.

For my card today I used the Moda Scrap Lacy Poppies, which I die cut from White Soft Finish Cardstock and then colored using Copic markers. I adhered black prills to the centre of the large poppy.

The poppies have been layered to a piece of Rich Black Soft Finish Cardstock that has been die cut using one of the squares from the Stitched Squares die set and then layered onto a piece of True Red Soft Finish Cardstock which was die cut using the Dotted Scalloped Squares. These layers were then adhered to a top folding white card.

For the sentiment I stamped a sentiment from the General Sentiments Clear Stamp set and then die cut the sentiment using one of the dies from the Stitched Fishtail Banners die set. I am super excited that Elizabeth Craft Designs now have Fishtail Banners!
