Grandma Overboard!

Hi everyone, welcome to my blog.

It’s time for another challenge with my CCEE Stamper friends. This week we have our CNFS (Catchy Name Featured Stamper) challenge, which is always one of my favorites to do each month. This month you might have noticed that Cindy Motherway has taken her challenges from a popular song in the 60’s called “The birds and the bees”.

Let me tell ya about the Birds and the Bees

And the Flowers and the Trees

And the Moon Up Above

And a Name I Just Love!

Yeah I know she got the last line wrong LOL! See she tricked you … those who thought they knew what this week’s challenge would be!

Ok so what name does Cindy love this month for our CNFS challenge …. well of course it is Grandma Overboard …. what a fun name!

Now Cindy told us that we had to have our Grandma falling out or off of something …. not nice she could hurt herself right. Well I went looking at the dictionary online and overboard can mean a few different things:

1 : over the side of a ship or boat into the water

2 : to extremes of enthusiasm

3 : into discard

I decided to go with meaning #2 ….. you can’t argue with the dictionary hehe. My Grandma has been going overboard …. PARTYING!!!! Just look at her kicking up her heals, now if she doesn’t watch out she just might fall over … that might make Cindy happy hehe (doesn’t that sound mean LOL)

I used Mercy’s Tuesday Sketch Challenge #34 for the layout of my card. The layout only had the one ribbon but I couldn’t decide which color I liked best so I used both …. hehe!
