Hi everyone!
Today I have a couple more sneak peeks of the new stamps that will be released by Hanna Stamps this coming Tuesday 8th September after the release party over on the Hanna Stamps Member Forum of SCS.
My first card above uses new “Fall Hanna” and the Brick Background stamp which was release last month. To create this card I first stamped Fall Hanna onto my card using Black Ink, I also stamped the rake, pumpkins, and leaves, I stamped these again on masking paper and used this to mask all the images. As I wanted the bricks to look like it was the side of a building so I needed a straight line on the left edge. I worked out where I wanted the wall to end and then masked the sky area using post it notes so that when stamped I would have a straight edge. I then used my stamp positioner and stamped my bricks.
Once all the stamping was completed and while the masks were still in place I then used my copic airbrush system to color the grass area, sky and brick wall. Each time masking the other areas to prevent contamination.
The lattice background on the olive green card was created using a sizzix texture plate.
My next project is a cute little milk carton, I found this template while going through my Google reader last Saturday and I just had to make one for myself. I found the template on Create4Fun’s challenge blog.
Don’t you just love Elf Hanna, this is another brand new set that will be available from Hanna Stamps soon!
