A Halloween Treat Bucket!

pp-halloween-bucket-eyes1-w

Hi everyone!

Are you ready for another Paper Pretties Weekly Challenge & Blog Hop!

If you didn't hop onto my blog via Christi Thorsen's blog then you might want to hop back over to the very start of the blog hop which is at Christie Ortman's blog.

Ok on to our challenge! This week it was my turn to issue the challenge, and with Halloween just over a week away I thought it would be fun to create something for a Halloween Treat … it can be a bag, box, lollipop holder …. whatever you like! So that is the challenge!

Now down here where I live we don’t really celebrate Halloween … sometimes you might get someone knocking on your door so my DD or I normally make sure there is something in the house to give them just in case, but more often then not we don’t get anyone coming. But I do enjoy creating things for it anyway hehe! My DD and I have been searching for eye candy for ages and she finally found some so of course I had to use it in my bucket!

I decided to make a Pillow Box Bucket using the sizzix pillow box die, you can find a tutorial on how to create one of these on SCS here.  This was such fun to make! I used Paper Pretties “Pick of the Patch” stamp set for my bucket.

Here is a side view of my bucket so you can see my spider web handles.

Hi. Beautiful basket. And those web handles make it really perfect. It's amazing what can be made from paper if you're little bit skilled. My favorite hobby is making different cards from paper. I made some also for Halloween. It's big fun and you save some money.

Take care,
Ella
