Bonjour

Hi everyone,

Today I am sharing a Pop Stand card using the Eiffel Tower Pop Stand Card die designed by Karen Burniston for Elizabeth Craft Designs

This card was inspired by a couple of cards Karen has created recently. I love how easy it is to decorate the outside of the card just by threading some ribbon through one set of holes created by the pop stand die so that the bow shows on the front and that you don't need to cover the inside card with an outer card as you do with other types of pop up cards.

As I was planning on using this card as a project for a stamp club I belong to, I die cut the base card and the Eiffel Towers from black card. After embossing the detail onto the Eiffel Tower I then highlighted the embossing using some rub ons I have had for ages.

I added designer paper to both sides of the card and decorated the edges of the card using the Paris Edges dies set.

To finish off the inside of the card I added a stamped dog to the Eiffel Tower and a sentiment to the front portion of the card. The fishtail banner is from the Lorna Label Pop Up Card die set.

For the front of the card I die cut the small Eiffel Tower edge from the Paris Edges die set and added some designer paper and some black Peel-Off Stickers along the edge. I also stamped the sentiment using the speech bubble from the Rectangle Accordion Card die set.

Stamps: Merci; Dog Treats - Prima
Paper: White; Red; Black;  DP - 7 Gypsies
Dies: Eiffel Tower Pop Stand Card; Rectangle Accordion Card; Paris Edges; Lorna Label Pop Up Card - designed by Karen Burniston for Elizabeth Craft Designs
Other: Black Ink; Rub Ons; ECD Black Lines Peel-Off Stickers; Ribbon; Foam Tape; Copics
