Last week I shared a baby card I created for a challenge using stamps & dies from Suzanne Cannon's A Way With Words Collection available from Elizabeth Craft Designs. When I was making the challenge card I couldn't decide whether I wanted to make a Z Fold card or a Shaker card, so I ended up making both. Today I am sharing the shaker version of my card.
Both cards use mostly the same stamps & dies, there are a few differences. Being this is a shaker card I used the Garden Notes - Frame It Stitched Ovals die set to create the oval on the front of the card.
The large oval sentiment is stamped using VersaMark ink and white embossed and then I used Distress Oxide inks to add color to the panel.
The onesie is die cut using patterned paper and cardstock and was layered on to the top of the acetate rather than inside the shaker area.
I also added four corners using the Corners 1 die set.
For the inside of my card I added another rectangle panel of the patterned paper I used on the front of the card. I also added another of the stamped sentiments onto an oval panel.
