Hi Crafty Friends,
Apparently yesterday (22nd September) was Ice Cream Day, so I decided to create any ice cream themed card just for fun!
For my card today, I have used Lawn Fawn's Square Reveal Wheel Add-On die set along with their Reveal Wheel Sweetest Flavor Add-on die sets.
For the background of my card I used Hero Arts Distressed Tile Bold Print stamp.
Here is a quick video to show my card in action.
Here is a look at each of the four different flavors/faces on each of my ice creams that show up when I turn the wheel on the right hand side of the card.
I used the wheel die to die cut paper using four different colors papers from the Watercolor Wishes paper pad, cutting each wheel into quarters and adhering one of each quarter to the white reveal wheel so the white edge of the wheel still showed.
I also added faces to each flavour/color, using stamps from the Sweetest Flavor stamp set and Thanks a Latte stamp set for the one with the moustache.
I stamped and die cut extra ice creams using the same colors of ice cream as that used for the reveal wheel part of the card, and adhered them over the front of my card.
I added the sentiment using then banner from the Double Slider Surprise die set.
For the inside of the card I used Honey Bee Stamps Enjoy stamp and coordinating die set to create the sentiment. I figured 'enjoy' went well with ice cream! I also stamped an ice cream and cherry to the lower left hand corner of my card.
