Fields of Joy

Hi Crafty Friends,

Earlier in the year Hero Arts released some new Color Layering Scape stamp set. These stamps sets were so different that I had to purchase one of the stamp sets.

Today I am sharing some card I created using this stamp set. I ended up making 6 cards in total, 2 of each design. The smaller square card uses different colors and a different image, but otherwise the same.

For my card todayy I used the Tulip Field Color Layering Scape stamp set.

For my first card I used Catherine Pooler inks in Lime Rickey and Grass Skirt of the grass areas of my card. For the flowers I used Altenew inks in Coral Bliss and Heart Bliss.

I added Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide inks for the sky and then trimmed my card so it was 9 1/2 cm in height. I added the windmill which is also included in the stamp set. The birds are from a previous Hero Arts My Monthly Hero stamp set.

For the second set of cards I created a square card which is 4 1/2 inches square. I used MFT Stamps Stitched Square Frames to create the frame around the main panel.

This time around I used Altenew inks in Pinkalicious and Rubellite for the flowers.

This one is a variation of the square card above, this time I used Altenew inks in Snapdragon and Autumn Blaze for the flowers. I also stamped the tree instead of the windmill.

This is the final set of cards. This time round I die cut the panel using a rectangle die from Heffy Doodle Stamps Metric Stitched Rectangles die set.
