Go Wild Elephant Pop-up

Hi Crafty Friends,

Today I am sharing a birthday card I created using some of the new dies released by Karen Burniston this month.

Here is a quick video to see my card in action.

Following the success of the Surprise Ball Pop-up die set, Karen Burniston has released a slightly smaller version of the die ... the Bitty Ball Pop-up plus two Animal Add-on die sets. Having the two different sized balls allows you to use them in many different ways, including the smaller head and larger body; using two small together for a baby animal or two large for a mother/dad version.

I was excited when I saw that one of the animals included in the Animal Add-ons 2 die set was an elephant, as my sister loves elephants and her birthday was coming up. So this is the card I made for her birthday.

As I wanted a smaller card, I used two of the Bitty Balls to create my elephant.

I created a tri fold card to hold the elephant, placing the elephant in the centre of the card.

On the left hand side of the card, I added the "Go Wild" sentiment, another new die set. I added the stamps "It's Your Birthday" which is from MFT Stamps Bitty Birthday Wishes stamp set.

I added a blank circle down the bottom of the card, as a place to add a hand written sentiment.

I also added the cute little elephant from the Safari Animals die set to the left hand panel of my card.

The elephant is attached to the centre panel using a brad, so it can rotate on the card.

As the focus of this card is on the inside, I kept the front of the card simple.
