Cindy has challenged us to a Riley makes a scene challenge. Put Riley into some kind of scene.
For my card this week I used Hot Air Balloon Riley, isn’t he a cutie!!!!! I created the hills and sky using designer paper and added some die cut clouds, tree and fence to complete my scene. I also paper pieced Riley’s hot air balloon.
