Divinity Designs - September Release

Hi Crafty Friends,

Today I am sharing two cards I created using new stamps, dies and papers from Divinity Designs September release. Today Divinity Design are releasing three new Slimline dies; two Layering Combo die sets; one new stamp set and a 6 x 9 Paper Pad.

Of course I was excited to hear that Divinity Designs were releasing three more Slimline die sets to add to their collection of Slimline dies. So for both my cards today I decided to create Slimline cards.

I am loving the new Festive Fall 6 x 9 Paper Pad, the papers in this pack are so beautiful so even though it is the beginning of spring where I live I just had to play with the fall themed papers for both my cards.

For my first card I used the new Butterfly Layering Combo die set, again this is such a beautiful die set. it includes three detailed layering butterfly dies plus solid butterfly to add to the back. 

I used the new Slimline Pierced Frame for the layers of my card and layered this to a top folded green card which was die cut using Divinity Designs Slimline Card Base with Layers die set.

To finish off the front of the card I added the sentiment to the centre of the card which is from the Let's Celebrate stamp set from the July 2020 Blessings Box. I used the Circles and Double Stitched Circles for the layering of the sentiment.

For the inside of my card I die cut the Slimline Pierced Frame again from Burgundy and white cardstock and added it to the centre of the card.

I added another of the sentiments from the Let's Celebrate stamp set.

For my second card today I used the Slimline Rounded Windows Die set to create my Slimline card. This was layered to a top folded green card using the Slimline Card Base with Layers die set. I used another of the patterned papers from the Festive Fall Paper Pad to die cut my frame.

To decorate my card I used the tree and one of the sentiments from the new Rooted in Christ stamp set. I colored one of the trees in green and the other in fall colors. I added the sentiment to the centre panel using an oval from the Double Stitched Ovals die set.

For the inside of the card I used one of the rectangles from the Slimline Rectangles die set to create my panel and added another of the sentiments from the stamp set.
