Hi Crafty Friends,
Today I have a fun birthday card to share with you.
I created my background by blending Distress Oxide inks in Shabby Shutters, Twisted Citron, Mowed Lawn, Tumbled Glass, Faded Jeans and Blueprint Sketch on a piece of white cardstock. I then die cut this panel using Pinkfresh Studio's Simply Diamonds die.
I placed the diamond frame die cut temporarily onto a top folded white card. I then added each of the colored diamonds to the card using foam tape for dimension. Once all off the diamonds had been added to the card, I carefully removed the die cut diamond frame panel.
I stamped the frogs onto white cardstock, cut out and added to the four outer centre panels. I also added three sentiments to the centre panels of the card.
To finish off the front of the card I added green sequins.
For the inside of my card I adhered the Diamond Frame die cut panel to the card. I then added the "Hoppy Birthday" sentiment to a label and adhered it over the diamond panel.
