Plan Bee!

It's Wednesday, so that means it is time for another sketch challenge on SCS. The stamp I was originally planning on using for this challenge didn't really suit this particular sketch so it was onto plan b or is that bee!!!!!!

I started making my card with the view of maybe putting a verse in the centre panel rather than an image ...... but when I was digging through some stamps I received yesterday I found this one so decided to use this instead.

As many of you are aware .... until recently I would color my images true to the color they are in nature ... but I have managed to create a few blue owls in the past so I decided why not "pink bees" ..... so here it is!!!!!

As in previous cards I used my scallop rectangle nestabilities to create my layered piece under the bee .... for this one I cut out 2 rectangles from the pomegranate card and joined them so that it would be long enough for my image. I also thought it needed something in the bottom left corner of the bee panel so I got out my paper piercing mat & tool and added some piercing to that corner.
