Riley Pops Up!
Did you know that Hanna Stamps hosts a challenge every Friday on the Hanna Stamps Member Forum of SCS. This week it was a color challenge and the colors we had to use were Ruby Red, Chocolate Chip & Blush Blossom. We would love for you to come and play this challenge too.
I don't use ruby red very often but for some strange reason I have been using it a lot this past couple of days.
My new embossing folders are getting a good work out here ... for this card I used the new swiss dots & floral fantasy cuttlebug embossing folders. After embossing the floral one onto the blush blossom card, I used my sponging blocks to highlight the raised areas using ruby red SU ink. I used my rectangle nestabilities to frame my Riley image and pierced the corners using my paper piercing mat & tool.
Recipe:
Stamps: Easter Egg Riley - Hanna Stamps
Paper: White; Ruby Red, Chocolate Chip & Blush Blossom
Other: Black Ink; Ruby Red SU Ink; Swiss Dots & Floral Fantasy Cuttlebug Embossing Folders; Brown Grosgrain Ribbon; Brown Brads; Rectangle Nestabilities; Foam Tape; Paper Piercing Mat & Tool
