Hi again all,
I am back again today this time with my card for the challenge I do with my friends over on the CCEE Stampers challenge blog.
This month it is my turn to issue the challenges to everyone.
As many of you know that follow my blog, May is an important month for me as my first grandchild is due to be born. With this is mind this month's CCEE Stampers challenges will be themed around celebrating Mother's and Babies!
Mother's Day is just around the corner so to start off this months challenges we are creating Mother's Day cards!
I decided to use this cute MFT Stamps “PI – Lather Rinse Repeat” image to create my card … I am sure most Mother’s would love to be able to spend some time on Mother’s Day just relaxing in the tub!
I also used MFT Stamps “Clearly Sentimental about Mothers” to add the Happy Mother’s Day sentiment around the top circle. To create the bubbles coming out of the bath tub I added liquid appliqué and after I had heated it I added clear glitter to it.
Here is the inside of my card using another of the sentiments from MFT Stamps “Clearly Sentimental about Mothers”. The ducks are from the Pure Innocence set.
Don’t forget to check out the CCEE Stampers blog (goes live 12 AM EST) to see the rest of the creations the CCEE Stampers created this week. You can also see more details of their creations on their individual blogs:
