MFTeaser Day 2

Hi everyone,

Welcome to day 2 of the MFTeasers in preparation of the release of the new stamp sets which are all due to be released by MFT Stamps this coming Tuesday 11th December.

Today the Design Team are featuring two of the new stamp sets from designer Laina Lamb. The two stamp sets being featured are:

• Laina Lamb Designs Journal It – Graph Paper Notes
• Laina Lamb Designs Document It – Captured Memories.

Of course being Thursday it’s also challenge time again with my friends over on the CCEE Stampers challenge blog.This week our hostess is Cindy Haffner who is bringing us our final challenge for the year.

Cindy has challenged us to use a favorite new die to create our cards/ projects today. Well my favorite dies would have to be the Die-namics from MFT Stamps … I love love love all their Die-namics and what can be newer than these ones on my card today which won’t be released until next Tuesday hehe.

For my card today I used another favorite of mine … my grandson!!!!!!!!! Isn’t he adorable! My daughters recently got together for a Christmas photo shoot with the kids and this was one of the results and I just HAD to use it to create this card using the new Laina Lamb stamp sets. The photo itself it framed using the new Die-namics Insert It Insta Frame using Whip Cream Card … I see so many uses for this! The sentiment on the bottom of the Insta Frame and the Say Cheese sentiment are both from the Laina Lamb Designs Document It – Captured Memories. The Wild Cherry and Jelly Bean Green panels on the left side of the InstraFrame are both stamped using the graph paper image from the Laina Lamb Designs Journal It – Graph Paper Notes. These two panels were first die cut using the Die-namics LLD Insert It - 3x4 Insert and then stamped onto the cut panels using Wild Cherry Ink and Jelly Bean Green ink. The “Say Cheese” sentiment was also die cut using the Die-namics Say What? … this works perfectly with this die as you can see.

For the flower on the left side of my card I used the new Die-namics Winter Rose and Wild Cherry Felt, Sno Cone Felt and Lemon Drop Felt.

Here is the inside of my card. I added another of the sentiments from the Laina Lamb Design Document It – Captured Memories stamp set. The cameras are from the new Die-namics Accent It Cute Cameras … aren’t they ADORABLE!!!!!! I also added the Die-namics Mini Double Dot Border along the edge of my designer paper.
