Diamond Layering Combo

Today I am sharing two cards I created using the new Diamond Layering Combo die set. This die set contains three dies that can when layered together give a fun 3D look.

For my first card, I die cut the three different Diamond background dies using three different shades of pink cardstock. I then layered the three together and adhered to a top folding white card which was created using Divinity Designs A2 Portrait Card Base with Layers die set.

I used one of the flower image from the new Whole Bunch stamp set. For this I used the Double Stitched Ovals and Ovals die sets for layering. I white embossed a get well sentiment also included in this stamp set which is layered onto a sentiment strip form the Sentiment Strips die set.

For my second card today I decided to die cut each of the dies from the Diamond Layering Combo die set from white cardstock. I love the look of white on white and this can be a lovely option to do with these combo die sets. I layered the panels onto a piece of gold glitter cardstock. This was then adhered to a top folding card, using the A2 Landscape Card Base with Layers die set.

As you can see I decided to create a Christmas card. To decorate my card I used the Peaceful Poinsettias; Pinecones & Pine Branches and the Merry Christmas die sets. The "Merry" from the Merry Christmas die set was layered onto one of the layers from the Sentiment Strips with Layers die set.
