I hope you are all enjoying your weekend! For my card today I have been playing with Kraftin Kimmie Stamps Carnival Fun stamp set … I love this cute image!

For the layout of my card I used a recent Sweet Sunday Sketch challenge (SSSC189)

Here is the inside of my card again. As you can see I stamped the girl with the bear that I had used on the front of my card again. I also added a birthday sentiment which are from the Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps Birthday Lulu stamp set.

Santa Baby!

Hi everyone,

I have another Christmas card to share with you all today. This one uses the Kraftin’ Kimmies Stamp Santa Baby stamp set. I used a recent Sweet Sunday Sketch challenge (SSSC170) for the layout of my card.

Haute Couture

Hi everyone, It’s time for another CHF challenge over on the Cornish Heritage Farms Blog .

This week our challenge hostess is Steph Ackerman who has challenged us to use Fall/Halloween Colors when we create our card/project today.

For my card today I used Cornish Heritage Farms Haute Courture stamp set. I used a recent Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge (SSSC169) for the layout of my card.

Here is the inside of my card, I haven’t added a sentiment as yet.

MFTeaser–à la modes

Hi everyone and happy Sunday! I hope you are all enjoying your weekend.

It’s day 5 of the MFTeasers and I have one more Teaser to share with you! Today the MFT Stamps Design Team are featuring more of the new sets that are to be released by MFT Stamps on Tuesday 7th August.

The sets being shown today are “à la modes Polished to Perfection” and “à la modes 80’s Girl”.

For my card today I used the à la modes Polished to Perfection stamp set, such a fun stamp set don’t you think!

The layout of my card uses a recent sketch from Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge (SSSC163).

The sentiment is stamped onto one of the tabs from the Die-namics Mini Tabs Foursome and the flower was created using the new Die-namics Layered Rose set. I used Blossom Twine and Pink Sorbet Twine around the bottom of the card.

Here is the inside of the card, I stamped the sentiment onto one of the arrows from the Die-namics Lead the Way set.

MFTeaser–Pure Innocence

Hi everyone,

I have another couple of MFTeasers to share with you all today in readiness of the MFT Stamps new release, this coming Tuesday 5rh June.

Today the MFT Design team are featuring the “Pure Innocence” range, and this month there will be six brand new Pure Innocence sets to be released … you are going to love them!!!!!! The PI’s to be released include: PI Soldier Boy; PI Soldier Girl; PI Lady Liberty; PI Hula Girl; PI Sprinkler Girl and PI Mouse in the House Blessed Mouse.

For my first card today I used the MFT Stamps PI Sprinkler Girl, this is such a sweet stamp set. I paper pieced the little girls togs that she is wearing. I have used the new Die-namics Square Stax 1 & 2 for the main image and also for the three square panels behind the main image. I have added the Die-namics Hibiscus on the top left hand corner of my card and have added some Pink Sorbet Twine and button in the centre of the flower. The sentiment is stamped onto the smallest tag from the Die-namics Traditional Tags Stax.

Here is the inside of my card. I added two squares which I created using the Die-namics Square Stax 1 & 2 dies.

For my second card today I used the new PI Soldier Boy. I used a recent Sweet Sunday Sketch challenge (SSSC159) for the layout of my card.

As you can see I have used a number of Die-namics on this card. To start the boy is layered using the Die-namics Square Stax 1 & 2; I have used the Die-namics Notched Border along the bottom of the striped designer paper. I have used the Die-namics File Tab for the sentiment, and finally the Die-namics Fishtail Flags STAX for the top left corner of my card.

I have also added some Cappucino Twine around the square panel.

For the inside of my card I stamped the sentiment onto a panel cut using the Die-namics Fishtail Flags STAX

Summer Daydream!

I managed to play in the current sketch challenge for Sweet Sunday Sketches (SSSC149), I love Karen sketches but often I am always late getting to play along. This year she has changed things up so that the sketch lasts 2 weeks, so this time round I got to play!

For  my card today I used Lili of the Valley’s Summer Daydream stamp … which is appropriate seeing we are in the middle of summer down here in Australia!

Ice Princess … MFT New Product Tour!

Hi everyone,
It’s release day over on MFT Stamps, which means it is time to join the MFT Stamps Design Team for our New Product Tour! All the new products are available NOW, right HERE, in the Brand Spankin' New category of the MFT Stamps store.

Today I am featuring one of the Pure Innocence stamp sets …. PI  Ice Princess, isn’t she just so adorable!!!!!!! I paper pieced her dress using the same designer paper that I used for the bottom of my card. Before attaching the dress to the PI girl I covered it with micro glitter. I thought a skater should have a sparkly dress hehe!

The layout I used for my card is a recent Sweet Sunday Sketch (SSSC144)

I have also used three MFT Die-namics on the front of this card, two being released right now and one from a previous release. These die-namics are:

• Die-namics Mini Tabs Foursome
• Die-namics Icicles Border

Here is the inside of my card. I have used the Die-namics Icicles Border again along the border of the designer paper. I stamped just the first part of the sentiment and then used the Die-namics By the Numbers die set to finish it off.

I Haven’t Been Ignoring You!

It’s day 2 of the MFTeasers, in preparation of the release of the new stamp sets which are all due to be released by MFT Stamps this coming Tuesday 1st November.

Today the Design Team are featuring two of the new stamp sets that will be released, these are Inspired By Christmas and Fred Bear Catches Some ZZZ’s

For my card  today I used Fred Bear Catches Some ZZZ’s, isn’t he adorable!!!! The layout of my card uses a recent Sweet  Sunday Sketch challenge (SSSC139).

I used the new Die-namics WoNkY Scallops Border along the bottom edge of my card. I also used the Die-namics Banner Strip  Die to add the ZZZZZ’s to my card. As from Tuesday 1st November you will have the choice to either purchase the Die-namics Banner Strip Die as either a combo set or as the Die alone.

Here is the inside of my card … I again used the Die-namics WoNkY Scallops Border along the bottom of the horizontal panel on my card. I also used the Die-namics Vintage Cameo Frame for my sentiment …. this is another of the new Die-namics which will be released on Tuesday.

The sets being shown today are “à la modes Fight Like A Girl” and “à la modes Sweetest Pumpkin In The Patch”.

For my card today I decided to use the à la modes Sweetest Pumpkin In The Patch stamp set. The layout of this card is a recent Sweet Sunday Sketch challenge (SSSC135). I paper pieced the pumpkin using designer paper.

I used four MFT Die-namics on the front of my card, these include Die-namics Decorative Doily, Die-namics Mini Pennant and two of the new Die-namics to be released … Die-namics Gardenia Die and Die-namics Vintage Flourish Die.

Here is the inside of my card. I stamped the à la modes girl in the bottom right hand corner of my card and added a sentiment from the set.

For the border I used the new Die-namics Postage Stamp Border, but rather than using the postage edge portion of the die I used the negative part. I love being able to use the negative portion for these dies.
