Hi Crafty Friends,
As most of you know, I love owls! so when I saw this cute owl stamp in the Stampendous catalogue earlier in the year I had to order it!
I stamped the owls onto white cardstock using my stamping platform. I then masked the owls so I could create the background sky using Distress Oxides. I also created clouds down the bottom of the card using a cloud template and distress oxide. Before removing the mask from the owls I spritz the background with water from a distress sprayer to give the background a snowy look.
I returned the cardstock to the stamping platform and restamped the sentiment and halos of the owls.
To finish off the front of the card I added some Nuvo Drops in white.
For the inside of the card I added a few more clouds and a sentiment which I thought worked with the owl image on the front.
