Hi Crafty Friends,
It's challenge time with my friends over on the CCEE Stampers challenge blog. Kelly McKown-Santi our challenge hostess for the month continues to issue the challenges.
May is Asthma Awareness Month. Let’s bring the awareness to 339.4 million people worldwide affected by asthma by creating a card where you need to use your lungs! Think blowing up a balloon, blowing out birthday candles, a dandelion, a whistle.
If you follow my blog you know that I have been sharing Slimline cards all week. Today I have another one to share with you. For the challenge portion of my card I decided to use balloons to create a birthday card.
For the Slimline card I used Trinity Stamps Slimline Stitched Windows and Card Panels die set.
To decorate my card I used Lawn Fawn's Outside In Stitched Balloons die set. I added the sentiments to the centre of the balloons using Karen Burniston's Word Set 2 - Birthday die set.
For the inside of the card I created a pop-up card using Karen Burniston's Katherine Label Pop-up die set. I added three balloons to the label portion of the card and then added a sentiment from The Stamping Village Birthday Clear Stamp set to one of the balloons.

Such a cheerful and festive card! Those papers make me swoon! I'm seeing the new Slimline all over and think I just may have to jump on the boat - it's a fabulous size. Great card!
