Gingerbread Man Baggy Gift Tag

Hi Crafty Friends,

Today I am sharing 6 Christmas gift tags I created using products from Spellbinders Paper Arts.

The cute bag is from the August 2025 Large Die of the Month set … Splash Tales. It’s meant to be used as a gold fish bag, but as you can see it can have other uses.

The Gingerbread man is part of the Candy Christmas Collection by Stamperia/Spellbinders called Gingerbread Delivery. I also added the bow from this die set.

The sentiments on all tags are from the Merry Messages Press Plate & Die set which I glimmer foiled using gold foil,

I added the to/ from sentiment on the back of the tags which is an older stamp from my stash.

Ho Ho Ho

Hi Crafty Friends,

Today I am sharing three Christmas Gift Tags I created using dies from Karen Burniston.

To create the tag, I used the new Tag Toppers die set. This die set includes 4 different sized tags, plus a few decorator dies etc, like the scalloped ribbon edge die which created the green toppers on all these tags.

To decorate my tags, I used the stocking from the Stocking Pop-up die set.

I added the "ho ho ho" sentiment to the top of each of the gift tags which is from the Small Script -  Christmas die set.

I added the "to & from" to the back of the tags.

Gingerbread Gift Tags

Hi Crafty Friends,

According to the Days of the Year Website, today (21st November) is National Gingerbread Cookie Day. Today I am sharing another gift tag I created using Creative Craft Products Sweet Christmas Collection. This collection consists of 6 different Christmas characters which make a fun chocolate holder.

In the past couple of months I have shared the Santa, Reindeer, Penguin and Snowman versions of this collection. I plan to use these to make gift tags for close friends and family this year.

Today I am sharing 3 'gift tags' I created using the Gerry the Gingerbread die set. For the previous gift tags I made I used chocolates in the belly, however as I live in Australia and it is the middle of summer at Christmas, I have decided to use Chupa Chups instead. I won't have to worry about these melting under the Christmas tree and being a big mess when I hand over the present.

I added the stamps "to & from" to the back of the tag so I can add the name of whoever's present it is attached to.

Here is a side on view of the gift tag.

And finally the three gingerbread gift tags all lined up ready to be placed on a Christmas present.

Penguin Gift Tags

Hi Crafty Friends,

Almost two months ago, I shared some Santa and Reindeer Gift Tags I created using Creative Craft Products Sweet Christmas Collection. This collection consists of 6 different Christmas characters which make a fun chocolate holder. I plan to use these to make gift tags for close friends and family this year.

Santa and Rudolph

Hi Crafty Friends,

Every year, I try to get a stamp or die set which I can use to make some special Christmas tags to use on some of my Christmas presents I am giving to family and friends. This year Creative Craft Products released their Sweet Christmas Collection which consists of 6 different Christmas characters which make a fun chocolate holder. I thought these would work perfectly for gift tags.

Today I am sharing 6 'gift tags' I created using the Santa Himself and Rudolph the Reindeer die sets. I plan to make more later with the other 4 characters which I have included in the supply list below.

Here you can see the front and back of one of the Santa tags I created. The hole in the belly holds a round chocolate.

I added the stamps "to & from" to the back of the tag so I can add the name of whoever's present it is attached to.

Here is a look at all three of the Santa gift tags I made which are all ready to be placed on a present.

Here is a look at the front and back of one of the Rudolph the Reindeer gift tags I made. I am really happy how these turned out.

And finally, all three of the reindeer gift tags.

Santa and Friends Gift Tags

Hi Crafty Friends,

Now that it is only a month until Christmas, I need to start thinking about gift tags. Last year I decorated my Christmas Crackers with a few of these toppers. I rescued three which I found a little while ago, so decided to turn them into gift tags and while I was at it make a few more. I ended up making two of each of the Christmas Characters.

I already had two of the snowmen and an elf, all I had to do with those was replace the scallop panel and stamp the back of the tags.

The characters used on the tags are from last years Hero Arts November My Monthly Hero set,  I just feel in love with these dies and knew I would get lots of use out them over the years.

I used the striped stamp included in the coordinating stamp set for the reindeers scarf. The wording on the back of each of the tags is also from the same stamp set.

I added glossy accents to the reindeers nose and also to the berries on the holly that is on Santa's and the snowman's hats.

The oval tags were die cut using two older Spellbinders die sets I have had in my stash for years.

I used the dot stamp included in the coordinating stamp set to add the dots to the snowmen's scarves.

Gingerbread Man Gift Tags

Hi Crafty Friends,

Each year I like to make a few special gift tags to use for the family's presents. When Creative Craft Products released their Christmas Honeycomb Paper die sets this year, I knew I wanted to use the Gingerbread Man die for those special tags.

As you can see by the photo above, I made six of these.

I used the main gingerbread man die to die cut the gingerbread man from brown cardstock. As I didn't want to see the openings for the eyes on the back of the tag and I also needed to add ribbon, I adhered each gingerbread man to a piece of the same colour cardstock and cut them out. If you were adding these to a card you wouldn't need to do this.

I decorated the gingerbread man using the dies included in the set ... the icing, the hat, trim etc.

There is a half circle die included in the die set to die cut the honeycomb paper. I also die cut another from red cardstock and a full circle. I adhered the full circle to the belly of the gingerbread man.

I adhered the honeycomb paper half circle to the right side of the gingerbread man's belly and then covered the top of the paper with the half circle cardstock.

As I wanted these tags to be able to be stored between now and Christmas and hopefully after Christmas if I can rescue any, I added the hook and loop to the the other side of the half circle. This allows the honeycomb to be stored when not in use (even on the present until the important time if needed) and then opened up when needed. I managed to find a large amount of hook and loop on Amazon for a very reasonable price, so I can afford to be generous with this.

As I wanted these to be gift tags, I die cut another circle from red cardstock and white embossed the to/from sentiment. The gingerbread man die set also includes a Merry Christmas banner, which would look nice adhered to the honeycomb section, but as I knew I would be folding these I decided to cut off the banner portion so it couldn't be seen from the front and adhered it over the arms.

I also added glossy accents to the eyes.

Elf Gift Tags

Hi Crafty Friends,

It's challenge time with my friends over on the CCEE Stampers challenge blog. Lynn Mc Auley, our challenge hostess for the month continues to issue the challenges.

Family Traditions - If your family is like mine, there are certain family traditions that show up at each of your Christmas celebrations together. I would love for the CCEE Stampers’ cards to represent a favorite or an unusual Christmas tradition shared by the members of your family each year.

For the past 9 years, I have had elves visiting my house who get up to all sorts of fun and mischief.

Another tradition I have been doing for as long as I can remember is making my own gift tags.

As I recently received my Hero Arts My Monthly Hero November 2021 kit which focus on dies to create your own character gift tags, I decided to pull those out to make some elf gift tags for this challenge.

As the die included a loop at the top of the tag to hang cord onto, I wanted to make the tags shaped rather than attached to a tag. So after creating my first elf tag, I used my Scan N Cut machine to scan in the shape and then cut out 6 white shapes. These were then adhered to the back of the tag, so it hides the mess at the back.

I stamped the "To" and "From" to the back of the tag, which are from the stamp set included in the kit.

As you can see, I created a elves using a few different colored combos.

One final gift tag using a red and white color combo.

Don't forget to check out the CCEE Stampers blog (goes live 12 AM EST) to see the rest of the creations the CCEE Stampers created this week. You can also see more details of their creations on their individual blogs:
