Sending Merry Mail

Hi Crafty Friends,

Today I am sharing a Christmas themed Lever Card using stamps, dies and papers from Divinity Designs.

To create my card I used the Lever Card with Layers die set. The patterned paper layers are from the Holly Jolly Collection Paper Pad.

To decorate my card I used the Sending Merry Mail stamp set, which included the mail box full of packages and a number of sentiments.

For the inside of the card I added two of the sentiments included in the stamp set. These were stamped and layered using the Sentiment Strip with Layers die set from the April 2020 Blessings Box.

I masked the "From our house to yours" sentiment, when I was stamping it, so I could die cut it in two parts rather than one line so it would fit within the panel.

I created a coordinating envelope using the A2 Envelope die. I stamped the mail box and a sentiment to the lower left corner of the card. I also die cut an additional flap from patterned paper to adhered to the flap.

Divinity Designs - October 2020 Release

Hi Crafty Friends,

Today I am sharing three cards I created using new stamps, dies and papers from Divinity Designs October release. This month Divinity Design are releasing three new Stamp/Die Duo Sets; 4 Die Sets and 3 Christmas themed Paper Pads - Slimline Size 4 x 9.

For my first card today I have created a Slimline Card. I used Divinity Designs Slimline Card Base; Slimline Rectangles; Slimline Layering Rectangles and Slimline Scalloped Rectangles to create the Slimline portion of the card.

On the main Slimline panel which I die cut from white cardstock, I blended Distress Oxide inks in Faded Jeans; Blueprint Sketch; Chipped Sapphire and Black Soot to create a night sky, I then splattered gold paint over the background.

I used the Manger & Stars die set to create the manger scene at the bottom of the card which I die cut from black cardstock. I used the star die included in the set to die cut the stars from the slimline panel, which was then adhered over gold cardstock so the gold stars could be seen through the die cut stars.

I then added the "Christ is Born!" sentiment die which I die cut from gold cardstock and black cardstock.

For the inside of the card I added the "Joy To the World" sentiment die which I die cut from navy and white cardstock.

For my second card I created a Lever Card using the Lever Card with Layers die set. I used papers from the Shine Bright Paper Pad - Slimline Size 6 x 9.

To decorate my card I used the "Keep Christ In Christmas" Stamp/Die Duo Set.

I added a little yellow ink behind the Nativity Scene on the square panel and also added a gold star which is from the Manger & Stars Die Set.

I used the Double Stitched Rectangles and Rectangles die set to die cut the sentiments.

For my final card today, I created another Slimline card. I used the Slimline Card Base and Slimline Pierced Frame die sets to create the Slimline portion of the card.

I used the Christmas Collection 2020 Paper Pad - Slimline Size 6 x 9 for the papers on this card.

I added the "Joy To The World" die to the centre of the card which was die cut from white glitter cardstock and pink card.

I also added two white snowflakes which were made using the Sparkling Snowflakes Stamp/Die Duo set.

For the inside of the card I added a scrap of paper along the right edge of the card. I added the "Merry Christmas" sentiment using the Merry Christmas with Layers die set.

I also added three pink snowflakes using the smallest snowflake in the Sparkling Snowflakes Stamp/Die Duo set.

Sister

Hi Crafty Friends,

Today I am sharing another card I created using some of the new stamps from Divinity Designs April release.

I have created a Lever card using the Lever Card with Layers die set. I used papers from the Sweet Heart Collection Paper Pad set to add to the layers of the card.

I stamped the flower trio stamp included in the Great Faith Stamp/Die Duos set twice and adhered them to the centre of the square panel which creates a circle of sorts.

I used the "Sister" sentiment included in the Family Names 2 die set to add to the centre of the floral piece.

For the inside of the card I added two sentiments also included in the Great Faith Stamp/Die Duo set. I layered the first using the Double Stitched Circles die set and the other sentiment using the Double Stitched Pennant Flags die set. I added the single flower to the top of the sentiment.

I Wheelie Like You Valentine Gift Set

Hi Crafty Friends,

Today I have a gift set I created using some of the new products from Divinity Designs January Release. To see the other designers projects, be sure to visit the Divinity Designs Blog.

As many of the new products can be used for Valentine's I decided to make a card and treat bag as a Valentine's gift.

For my card today I created a Lever Card using Divinity Designs Lever Card with Layers die set.

The papers used on the card are from the new Sweet Hearts Collection Paper Pad.

I used the new Bear Hugs Stamp/Die Duos set to add the bear and sentiments to the card. For the centre panel of the card, I added blue ink to the top portion of the square panel and added the grass area using one of the dies from the Curvy Slopes die set.

For the inside of the card I added a couple more sentiments using the Sentiment Strips die set to die cut the sentiments. These were layered using tags from the Mini Tags die set.

For the treat bag I used the Festive Favors die set adding the heart cut out in the front panel.

I added the bear from the Bear Hugs Stamp/Die Duos set to the lower right hand corner of the card and a sentiment to the top panel.

Here is another look at the Festive Favors treat bag I created.

Glory To The New Born King

Hi Crafty Friends,

Today we are taking a look back at Divinity Designs December Release. I am sharing a card I created using some of the new products from the release. For more inspiration using the December Release and to see the other designers projects, be sure to visit the Divinity Designs Blog.

For my card today I created a Lever Card using Divinity Designs Lever Card with Layers die set.

As you can see, I have created a monochromatic card using silver cardstock and silver papers included in the Winter Collection 2014 Paper Pad.

The sentiments used on this card are from the new Good Tidings stamp set. I stamped one in the corner of the square panel which creates the Lever card. The other one I die cut using the Double Stitched Rectangles die set.

For the angel, I used the new Angel die set, which I die cut using silver glitter cardstock and then added this to the square panel.

I added another of the sentiments from the Good Tidings stamp set, to the right hand panel.

Rise & Shine

Hi Crafty Friends,

Today I am sharing another project using some of the new Divinity Designs products from the August release.

For my card today I have created a Lever Card using Divinity Designs Lever Card and Lever Card Layers die sets.

I used two of the papers from the Rustic Beauty Paper Pack for the layers of my card. I love the pink/purple tones inside the woodgrain panels of this paper..

I used the new Rise and Shine stamp set which includes the rooster and six sentiments. I used two of the sentiments on this card.

Along the bottom edge of each of the panels on the inside and front of my card, I added the farm fence. I die cut the fence twice once from white and once from a tan cardstock and offset slightly to create a shadow behind the fence.

I added the Rise & Shine sentiment to the front and inside of the card, so it is double sided. Both sentiments are stamped and layered using the Circles and Double Stitched Circles die sets.

Here is another view of the front of my card.

I used the one of the labels from the Double Pierced Vintage Labels die set to layer the "Welcome Baby" sentiment.
