Hi everyone, I hope you are enjoying your weekend! It is time for another OCC challenge over on the Our Creative Corner Blog. This week we were given a color challenge, we had to use the colors Regal Rose, Bashful Blue & Certainly Celery.

I used the cute Cuppy image from the Hello Spring set that was released last week by Stamps and Smiles. The layout for this card is the sketch from Jen’s SFYTT sketch challenge from the 2nd May.

A Cuppy Birthday!

Cuppy is back today with another sneak peek at another of the new sets to be released by Stamps & Smiles this Friday 8th May. The set I am sharing with you today is called “Happy Birthday Cupcake” a perfect birthday set!

I decided to create a shadow box with this stamp set. These are super easy to construct.

Carl Cupcake!

Hi everyone, I am back again today with another card to share with you. Jennifer of Stamps and Smiles asked me to be guest designer this month for the release of her new stamps which will be released this Friday 8th May. Of course I said yes, because I have been drooling over the cuppy stamps for ages!

Stamps and Smiles have lots of fun things planned for you all this week. Each day from today through to Friday we will be featuring one of the 5 new stamp sets that are to be released. There will be challenges, giveaways and finally a blog hop on Friday. My card today uses the new “Carl the Cupcake” set, I love this little guy. The layout is today’s sketch that you can find over on the Stamps and Smiles blog.

I stamped the cupcake told me sentiment all over the baja breeze card using the same color ink to create the background on this panel.

It is Friday and I am so looking forward to the weekend, especially as it is a long weekend here. Although that also means no post on Monday … bummer!

Mama Bunny Loves You!

Hi everyone!

My card today is for the challenge I do with my CCEE Stamper friends every Monday. It is a new month which means we have a new hostess to issue the challenges and this month it is Cindy Haffner's turn.

This week Cindy issued a supply challenge and sent each of us some of the adorable cupcake images from Stamps and Smiles to use to create our cards. Cindy also sent us each two pieces of designer paper from DCWV Sweets Stack .... we were to use one or both on our cards.

I decided to use the Bunny cupcake and the baby bunny to create my card ... I cut a slit along the arm so I could tuck the baby into Mama's arms. I also used both pieces of designer paper that Cindy had sent to us all.

I used last week's Mojo80 sketch challenge for the layout of my card. The background on the pale blue panel was embossed using the dots Sizzix texture template.

Ok so I made two cards this week for this challenge. Well when I first started on the first card I couldn't decide which image I was using cause I love them both! So I colored them both in at the same time using the same colors. Well when I saw Taylor's of Taylored Expressions Cupcake Challenge on Saturday (Friday for you but by the time I see it, it is Saturday morning) well I decided to use that image for her challenge. Of course seeing I had used the same colors and I had the same DCWV Sweet stack that Cindy had and that is where she got the designer paper to send to us all .... I was able to use the same paper for this card as I did the one above.
