Prickly Pear

I am still playing with my new Cornish Heritage Farms stamps. This time I am using their Prickly Pear stamp and Weave Backgrounder. I just love how their background stamps are soooo easy use, you get a great background the first time round! This card is for this weeks sketch challenge on SCS, I really like this sketch it is a little different to the norm!

I used my weave background stamp on my barely banana card using bisque fluid chalk. The green portion I embossed using the mesh cuttlebug embossing folder and then rubbed on Certainly Celery ink over the raised areas (although I have a feeling there may have been something else left on my sponge I was using).

Recipe:
Stamps: Cornish Heritage Farms
Paper: Barely Banana, Certainly Celery, Cranberry Crisp - Stampin' Up
Other: Black Ink; Bisque Fluid Chalk; Certainly Celery Ink - Stampin' Up; Ticket Corner Punch; Mesh Cuttlebug Embossing Folder; Burgundy Brads; Tria Markers; Foam Tape
