I Love Ya, That's No Bull!

Hi everyone!

It is Elzybell's Challenge time again! This week our challenge was to create a "Single Layered Card" ... we could embellish our card anyway we wanted but we were not allowed any layers!

Single layered cards are not my favorite type of cards to create .... I love seeing other people do them and some people do some wonderful things. But I just struggle with them ... so this is definitely a challenge for me.

I decided to use the new "S-moo-ches" set that was released by Elzybells Art Stamps earlier in the month .... I just love this set!

I used my swiss dots cuttlebug embossing folder to create the embossing at the top and bottom of my card. Now big secret ... this is a second folder I bought purposely to cut down so I could use only part of it at the top and bottom rather that the full folder ... which means I can emboss the top of the card easily! I also used my score it board to create the score lines just above the embossing.

As we could add embellishments, I decided to add the pink ribbon and also the pink rain dot thingys too.

Don't forget to check out what the rest of the Elzybells Design Team came up with for this challenge at the Elzybells blog.

Recipe:
Stamps: S-moo-ches - Elzybells Art Stamps
Paper: White
Other: Black Ink; Swiss Dots Cuttlebug Embossing Folder; Score It Board; Pink Ribbon; Pink Rain Dots; Copics
