Hi Crafty Friends,
As you all know, I love making cards that are a little different to just a plain flat card. I recently discovered a few dies on the Our Daily Bread Designs web site one of them being to create the card above which is a Lever Card. I have made these in the past without dies, but having a die certainly makes them easier and quicker to make without all the tiresome measuring.
For the background of my card I used MFT Stamps Musical Notes Background stamp which I stamped onto white cardstock using VersaMark Ink and then embossed using white embossing powder. I then added red, yellow and blue inks to the card to create a rainbow background.
I then used the coordinating layering dies which are available for the Lever Card die set to die cut all my layered panels.
To decorate my card I used a cute Strawberry Jude Stamps stamp set which I have had for a while waiting to be used. I went looking for the web site earlier to link the stamps, but it seems to have disappeared.
Here is one last photo of the inside of the card. I love how the main image appears on both the front and inside of the card.

This is adorable - I love the background you made. Finally got word that my Lever Card die set has been shipped, so now I just have to sit and wait patiently. Ha! Thanks for the inspiration.
