Elizabeth Craft Designs October Designer Challenge

Hi Crafty Friends,

It's time for our July Elizabeth Craft Designs Design Team Designer challenge. Check out the Elizabeth Craft Designs blog today to see what our talented designers created for the challenge.

Our challenge this month is .....

A Very Krista Christmas - Create a Christmas or Winter card for our challenge this month using any of Krista Schneider's new Christmas/Winter themed Stamp sets

For today's challenge Elizabeth Craft Designs are giving away a $20 Gift Card to use on our website to 3 winners

To enter simply leave a comment on the Elizabeth Craft Designs Facebook Giveaway Blog Post or the Elizabeth Craft Designs Challenge post and tell us Which of the new Krista Schneider stamp sets would you use to create a Christmas card.

We will select 3 lucky winners in a random drawing

The winners will be announced on Friday, October 19th on the Elizabeth Craft Designs blog and our Facebook page.

For my card today I used the new Krista Schneider Christmas Kids Clear Stamp set with coordinating dies.

I also die cut a rectangle using the Dashing Rectangles die set using patterned paper from the ModaScrap Unconventional Christmas 6 x 6 Patterned Paper pack and also a small piece from one of the papers from the Wood Effects Patterned Paper pack. I added the wood paper to the bottom of the full rectangle to create a floor and then added the two images from the Christmas Kids stamp sets onto the card using foam tape.

I added Red Berry Nuvo Drops to the ornaments on the tree and White Blizzard Nuvo Drops to the star.

To finish off the front of the card, I die cut the A Way With Words - Merry Christmas Small die set three times from red cardstock, layered the three together and adhered to the top right hand corner of my card.

For the inside of my card I die cut a white rectangle using the Dashing Rectangles die set from White Soft Finish Cardstock and used the left over stripe of patterned paper to add to the left side of the rectangle.

I added the sentiment which is from the Classic Christmas Clear Stamp set.

I hope you enjoyed my project today. Don't forget to check out the Elizabeth Craft Designs blog to see all the wonderful creations by our talented designers and for a change to win the giveaway.
