This card was created a few weeks ago for My Favorite Things Sketch challenge in the members forums of SCS. However I couldn't post it then as I had to send it to a friend in the US for her birthday and I didn't want her to see it on here first as I know she does come looking here on occasions. ;)
The snowman is stamped on white card, sponging around the edges of the card. I used my square nestabilities to create the scalloped square layer. The DP on the base of the card was cut into quarters and embossed using my snowflake cuttlebug embossing folder before layering it to the blue and then white card.
To finish off the card I used my oval punch and snowflake brads to embellish the top left and bottom right hand corners. And used my word window punch to papertrey word set for the greeting.
Recipe:
Stamps: Snowman - Whipper Snapper; Words - Papertrey Ink
Paper: Not Quite Navy - Stampin' Up; White; Snow Text DP - DCWV
Other: Black Ink; Not Quite Navy SU Ink; Snowflake Cuttlebug Embossing Folder; Square Nestabilities; Word Window Punch; Oval Punch; Snowflake Brads; Foam Tape
