"Hive" Been Missing You & Treasure!

This card is inspired by one created by Mary aka Petal Pusher on SCS. Mary was this weeks featured stamper ... when I was checking out her gallery to see which one I should CASE this week I came across this one here. I liked how she had cut her image into squares before creating her card .... I have done this a few times previously and thought it would be a different way to present this bee image (Lilah) by Rubbernecker Stamps.

After I had stamped my image and colored it, I turned my card over and divided it evenly into thirds ... if you have odd measurements a calculator comes in handy here .... and good idea is to number each piece before cutting so you know which way it goes back together.

As per the rules of the featured stamper challenge I had to change at least 2 things to my card ... here is what I changed:

• changed the image
  
• changed the sentiment
  
• changed the colors
• flipped the layout so sentiment is on left instead of right side
  
• added extra layers to my card
• layered my sentiment
