MFTeasers – Day 1

MFT-Rainfall-wm

Hi everyone,

It’s that time again when then MFT Stamps designs team begins showing our MFTeasers in preparation of the new stamps which will be released by MFT Stamps this coming Wednesday 5th May.

Being Saturday it is also time for another challenge over on the Crazy 4 Challenges blog. It’s also a brand new month and this month Cindy Haffner & I are sharing the challenges. Today Cindy has given us a fun sketch challenge to play with, I just love Cindy’s sketches!!!!!

For my first card I used the new MFT Stamps “Rainfall Flopsey”, doesn’t he look cute with his gumboots and umbrella. I used Cindy’s C4C sketch for the layout of my card. Recently on a shopping trip I found this fun designer paper which of course I had to use with this card.

Here is the inside of my card. For both the oval panels on the front & inside of my card I stamped the cloud stamp that comes in the set while the nestabilities dies was still in place. I then created masks for all my clouds and used my copic airbrush to create my sky, first using a blue copic and then going back over slightly with a grey copic.

Don't forget to check out the rest of the “Crazies” cards over on the Crazy 4 Challenges blog and also their individual blogs for more details.

Paper: White; Red; Yellow; DP
Other: Black Ink; Yellow Ink; Oval Nestabilities; MS Drippy Goo Border Punch; Fiskars Raindrops Texture Plate; Red Brads; Foam Tape; Copic Airbrush; Copics

I just love the sentiments which are included in this stamp set.

MFT-Baby2-wmLet’s not forget the inside of my card using another of the sentiments included in the set.
