Beach Babies Waterfall Card

Hi Crafty Friends,

I have another Waterfall Card to share with you today. After making my first card last week, I started searching my stash of dies to see if I had anything else I can use for the panels of the card. I found a few different options. For this card I used an old die set from Spellbinders ... Labels 12.

Here is a quick video showing my card in action.

To create the waterfall base, I used Tonic Studios Bouquet & Banners Wonderfall die set substituting the labels from the die to the Spellbinders Labels dies mentioned above.

I die cut waves & sand using Lawn Fawn's Stitched Waves Border & Stitched Hillside Borders die set. I used Distress Oxide inks on the various pieces.

The cute little girls and boys etc are from Sunny Studio's Beach Babies Clear Stamp set.

I added three sentiments to the bottom part of the waterfall card which is reveal when the last of the waterfall panels flip over. The sentiment was embossed using VersaMark ink and white embossing powder.

For the background of the base card, I used Simon Says Stamp Wave Stencil using various blue Distress Oxide inks.

For the inside of my card I added a couple of sentiments from Honey Bee Stamps and Altenew and added a wave border from Honey Bee Stamps.

When I saw your very cool Buzzing By Waterfall card, I was tempted to rush to buy the die. I held strong and resisted. Now you posted another amazing card using the die with more possibilities. I could no longer resist, I too must have that die. LOL I am interested in what other dies you think would work with it.

Tonic Studios have two waterfall card die sets, they call them Wonderfall Cards. The one I used here is the Bouquet & Banners Wonderfall Die set. The other is the Cascading Heart Wonderfall die set which I also have but haven't had time to play with yet. The panel the individual waterfall pages attach to is 3 1/2 inches wide, so I think there is lots that would work. I just went through my stash and found some older style Spellbinders stacking dies that would work. But I think it is a case of experimenting. Hope you enjoy playing.
