Believe In The Magic Of Christmas

Hi Craft Friends,

Today I am sharing a Christmas Card using some of the new dies being released tomorrow by Karen Burniston.

I combined the Gift Pivot Panels die set with the Twist Panel Pop-up die set to create this card. 

I used MFT Stamps Ho Ho Ho Background stamp to create my background, using the emboss resist technique and Distress Oxides inks in Festive Berries, Candied Apples and Barn Door.

I added Santa & his reindeer to the bottom left hand side of the card which is from MFT Stamps Christmas sELFies stamp set.

Along the top edge of my card, I used the new flip from the Flip and Closure die set and added the Merry Christmas sentiment.

On either side of the pivot panels I added sentiments using MFT Stamps Bitty Holiday Sentiments.

Here is a look at my card as it is closing, you can see how the 4 panel fold in the centre folds up and starts to turn to the side.

For the front of the card I used another of the images from MFT Stamps Christmas sELFies stamp set. 

I created a polaroid frame by die cutting a square to the top part of a rectangle and trimming  down the sides of the rectangle to make it look like a polaroid.

I added a sentiment to the bottom part of the polaroid which is from MFT Stamps Bitty Holiday Sentiments stamp set.

And finally a look at my card when it is closed. It may look a little thick, but it does flatten down a little more and will fit into an envelope easily.
