Today I am playing with some of the new animation stamps and dies from Motion Crafts by Uchi's Design that were released earlier this year ... I just love playing with anything interactive and these are so much fun!!!
For my card today I have made a Peek-A-Boo card using the Peek-A-Boo Card die set and Fox & Friends Animation Stamps.
Here is a quick video to show my card in action.
To create this card I used the Animation Grid die to create the animation grid so that it could be the same color as the animation stamp on the card.
To create the frame around the opening, I combined the die that does the opening from the Peek-A-Boo die set and Elizabeth Craft Designs Dashing Rectangles die set.
Here is a look at the inside of the card using stamps from the Fox & Friends Animation Clear Stamp set.
Today I am playing with some of the new animation stamps and dies from Motion Crafts by Uchi's Design that were released recently ... I just love playing with anything interactive and these are so much fun!!!
For my card today I have used the A2 Double Slider Animation Card die set along with the Bee Happy Animation Stamp/Die set which contains animated and normal images in a bee; frog and duck as well as sentiment to go with each image.
Here is a quick video to show my card in action.
I created the background for this card by sponging Fossilised Amber Distress Oxide ink over over the front of the white piece of cardstock I used for the base of this card. I then die cut the Elizabeth Craft Designs Honeycomb die using release paper to create a stencil and layed the stencil over the cardstock and sponged Wild Honey Distress Ink over the top. I then added the black flight lines which is from The Stamps of Life Bee4Me stamp set.
After I had constructed my card I decorated it using Elizabeth Craft Designs Small Flower set and the Trio of Leaves die sets. I also added Nuvo Drops to the centres of each off the flowers.
For the sentiments I used the "Bee Happy" from the stamp set and also the "Don't Worry" masking off the "be happy" on the second line of the sentiment. I also added the "Pull Here" sentiment to each of the slider panels using a stamp set from Lawn Fawn.
For the inside of my card I added a rectangle panel and added a "bee" themed sentiment which is a sentiment I have had in my stash for years. I also added one of the cute bees from the Motion Crafts by Uchi's Design stamp set.

It’s challenge time with the “Crazies” over on the Crazy 4 Challenges blog. Anja is the challenge hostess for December and today she is issuing the final challenge for 2017 as we are all taking a break so we can spend time with our families. We will be back next year with lots more fun challenges to play along with! For our challenge this week we are creating a card using your favorite "Crazy" sketch from our 2017 sketches.
For my card today I decided to use the October sketch C4C408 to create another Christmas Card. I have flipped the sketch onto it's side but otherwise the sketch is the same.
The rectangle layers are from Karen Burniston's Tag Book Pop-up die set and I decorated the card using Uchi's Design Santa's Reindeer Stamp set.
For the inside of my card I have again used Karen Burniston's Tag Book Pop-up die set. A few weeks ago Karen Aicken shared a card she made where instead of using the large tag shape included in the die set for the front of the card, she placed it into the inside of a card that is 6 inches x 4 1/2 inches. I loved the idea so much I decided to try it too and I love it!!!!!
Today I have another Animation Card to share with you using the exclusive Simon Says Stamp "Animation" Clear Stamp set by Uchi's Designs which was part of their May 2017 Card Kit.
Last week I received the Animation Grid dies that I ordered from Uchi's Designs so I wanted to try one of them out. This allows you to die cut the grid out of colored cardstock and use matching colors to ink up the animation image.
Here is a quick video to show my card in action.
For best results die cutting the animation grid I found was using the metal adaptor plate. I tried using my precision plate but for some reason that wouldn't cut the grid correctly whereas the other option did. I am loving the new animation grids, although I wish they were a little larger for the bigger animation images ... maybe one day.
For the inside of my card I stamped two more of the animation cacti images and also some birthday sentiments. I looked online for some suitable cacti sentiments, none of which I decided to use. I figured ouch was the best option to be able to make my card suitable for a birthday.

Today I am sharing another animation stamp card with you all. Recently I found this cute Uchi's Design Unicorn Animation stamp set which is exclusive to Simon Says Stamp which as you can see I just had to purchase.
For my card today I have also used Uchi's Design Animation Envelope die set to create the slider envelope. I added one of the sentiments from the Lawn Fawn Push Here stamp set on the pull tab.
As you probably can tell, I had fun adding Nuvo Drops around the frame of the envelop slider pocket using two different pinks.
Here is a quick video of my card so you can see the card in action.
For the inside of my card I added some designer paper that I had used on the Animation Slider Envelope and also a couple of sentiments. I also added a few of the stars from the Unicorn Animation stamp set.
Today I am sharing another animation card I created recently. This one uses the Uchi's Design Happy Birthday Animation Stamp set. I wanted to see how this would work using the Lawn Fawn Magic Color Slider die set to create the pocket/slider part of the card.
The Magic Color Slider does work well with the animation stamps, however I am not 100% happy with it on this particular card. Firstly when I die cut the patterned paper to go over the window I cut it so that the slider part had to be on the left hand side of the card rather than the right. The balloons would have been upside down if I tried to turn it around and I didn't want to waste paper for another one. I made another one similar to this with my grandson after making this one (without the patterned paper on the front) and as the slider was on the right for that one it worked a lot better. This one would probably work better for someone who is left handed.
I so love these animation stamps ... as you can see by the two photos above .... when you first look at the card you see a birthday present and then by moving the slider slightly it changes to the Happy Birthday sentiment .... when my grandson saw this sitting on my desk when he was over he said it was the best card he had ever seen .... see I might not love this particular card but he did :)
Of course he had to make one too ... which we did using one of the owls from the Owl Animation Stamp set and he had to decorate it just like mine hehe!
I added a cute bear stamped image to the lower right hand corner of the slider pocket.
For the inside of my card I added another of the bears from the stamp set and also an "bear" sentiment.
Today I am sharing another animated card using stamps from Uchi's Design ... I am just loving playing with these stamps to create these fun cards.
Simon Says Stamp! May card kit included this fun Uchi's Design Animated Stamp set which was exclusive to Simon Says Stamp! I have never purchased a card kit before, but as it contained this set which had a few images I really likes (including the flamingo above) I decided to order the kit!
These cards are so much fun to make and even my husband commented on how fun they are which he doesn't often do as he sees so many cards I make lol!
I love how the flamingo moves as you move the sentiment back and forward. check out the video to see the card in action.
To create my card I used an idea show by the owner of Uchi's Designs showed on a video using one of her Animation Card Die Sets. I don't have the die but I was able to do something similar using dies I had in my stash. I also trimmed the sides down to create a narrower card.
I added two pink flamingos to my card using MFT Stamps Flamingos die set. The designer paper used on the card is one that came in the Simon Says Stamp card kit.
I decided not to put a frame around the oval window as it would have covered up too much of the designer paper.
For the inside of the card I used the oval panel that came out when I cut the window for the front of the card. I then added a sentiment onto a fishtail banner.
Today I am sharing a card I created using Uchi's Design Small Animation Card die set. This die set comes with the animation grid and one animation owl stamp.
This is my first try at creating this type of card, so this card isn't perfect, but it is still fun!
Here is a quick video which shows my card in action.
Here is the card when it is opened. By opening and closing the card, the owl starts moving around.
This card measures 3 inches x 4 inches when it is closed so it is fairly small.
Even my husband was impressed with these stamps, he may admire my cards but I don't see him looking through my stamps. Well when I showed him these stamps he asked what else I had and when he saw told me I need more haha!
